Urjit BLUNDERS Old Notes Usable, No Bar Code, Printing Errors
1. Old Currency Returned Not Marked - It is World’s Most Laughable Blunder – Old Currency Deposited by Account Holders or Exchanged Was Not Marked and DATE Stamped to Prevent its RE-USE. [Old Notes Can Be Returned by December30 or Even March2017]
Banks could have adopted any method to Make Notes Unusable -
Ø Cut the Edge of the Notes to make them Unusable.
Ø Punch A Hole in the Middle, Common Practice earlier,
Ø Staple in the Middle of Notes, Common Practice earlier but on sides,
Ø Dip Edge of Notes in BLACK INK – is Easiest.
2. No BAR CODE – it was difficult to plant Chips in to notes but Bar Codes are used in Retail Extensively.
Ø Trade Fair tickets have bar codes.
3. Rs.500 Notes Have 6 or More Printing Errors – This is Scandalous at Security Presses.
Ø Some TELGI was operating Currency Printing Machines.
