| Professor Bradley R. Agle, George W. Romney Endowed Professor of Ethics and Leadership, Marriott School of Management, Brigham Young University.
Brad Agle (PhD, University of Washington) is the George W. Romney Endowed Professor, and Professor of Ethics and Leadership in the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University. He is also a Fellow in the Wheatley Institution at BYU where he chairs the ethics initiative, including the annual Conference on Ethics Teaching at Universities. He serves on the advisory board of the RLG Group and on the Ethics Committee of USA Synchro. |
He was elected to the leadership of the International Association for Business and Society, for which he is slated to serve as President in 2018. Previous to 2009, he spent 17 years as a professor in the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh, where he also served for eight years as the inaugural director of the Berg Center for Ethics and Leadership. Dr. Agle is an active researcher concentrating on business ethics, stakeholder management, CEO leadership and religious influences on business. His writings appear in the top academic journals in management and ethics, and are highly cited. He published the book “Research Companion to Ethical Behavior in Organizations: Constructs and Measures” in 2014 and is publishing his new book “Business Ethics: A Field Guide” in 2016. He is a recipient of multiple research and teaching awards, including Distinguished Professor of the Year honors. He has provided board and executive training to dozens of organizations including Alcoa, Ceska Sporitelna, US Steel, and the U.S. Marine Corps. His work has been featured in various media outlets including the Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, USA Today, and CNN; and he has been a guest on CNBC’s “Morning Call”, “Power Lunch”, and “Closing Bell”. He and his wife Kristi have four children and five grandchildren. |

Anuj Poddar is Executive Vice President with Viacom18, currently engaged in repositioning and redefining the scale of the regional entertainment space in India. Anuj spearheaded the formation of Viacom18, its foray into mass entertainment with Colors and architected its very successful journey of becoming one of India’s leading media and entertainment conglomerates. He also set-up the company’s operations in USA and UK and has led strategy for MTV Networks Asia. |
Prior to joining Viacom18, he has had over a decade of myriad professional experience in strategy consulting, mergers & acquisitions advisory and assurance with Arthur Andersen and KPMG, besides running his own entrepreneurial venture. In all his pursuits, he brings to fore a unique blend of business acumen, diverse experience and deep insight into human and consumer behaviour that enable him to build and run strong successful businesses. He is a Fellow of the Inaugural Class of Ananta Aspen’s India Leadership Initiative and member of Aspen Global Leadership Network, a member of BMW Foundation's World Young Leaders’ Forum and has been on the Governing Council of CII-Young Indians. Anuj has schooled in Mumbai, India and Michigan, USA and is a rank-holding Chartered Accountant. Anuj lives with his family in Mumbai, India. |
