AAP for violation of Model Code

Chief Electoral Officer, Delhi has issued a show cause notice to Aam Aadmi Party in connection with the violation of the Modal Code of Conduct.

According to the office, the notice has been issued on the basis of a complaint filed by Delhi BJP President Satish Upadhyay regarding pasting of poster of BJP leader Kiran Bedi illegally on several autos in Delhi.

The AAP has used photographs of Ms. Kiran Bedi alleging her as an opportunist. The party has been asked to submit its reply on Monday.
