New Delhi, 22nd May 2012:  OFBJP Convener Mr. Vijay Jolly in a press statement termed the vandalisation of Hindu temples in Pakistan as barbaric. It is intolerance of ethnic minorities in Islamic Republic of Pakistan stated BJP Indian leader Mr. Jolly who is currently on a state visit to Peoples Republic of China.
A hindu temple opened last year in Peshawar city of Pakistan at the order of High Court was stormed by miscreants, idol of Hindu deity Lord Shiva uprooted & taken away while the  temple was vandalized. This temple was closed since the partition of un-divided India in year 1947. The Gorakhnath temple located in the archaeological complex ( protected area) in Gor Gathri area in city of Peshawar and its desecration is an unpardonable & unholy act stated Overseas BJP leader Mr. Vijay Jolly in a press statement from Beijing, China today.
The minorities in Pakistan are unsafe. There have been repeated acts of violence against Hindus & Christians in Pakistan. First forcible religion change of Hindu girls, then forcing them to marry muslim boys and now repeated vandalisation of Hindu temples in Pakistan is reminiscent of mughal emperor rule of King Aurangzeb recalled India  BJP leader Vijay Jolly.
BJP expresses its deep anguish and dismay over such repeated incents of religious intolerance in muslim majority Pakistan. Ethnic minorities in India are well protected by the secular Indian state. Why is that the Govt. of Pakistan has remained a mute spectator to repeated attacks on Hindu fundamental rights & right to worship there questioned BJP leader Mr. Jolly ? BJP demands that such horrendous acts be stopped. Pakistan Govt. should provide safety & security to its Hindu citizens. It should also take steps for the protection of their life & property and arrest the guilty demanded BJP Overseas Affairs leader Mr. Vijay Jolly in a statement from Beijing and released at New Delhi today.
