We are  absolutely shocked at the way an ordinary citizen has been brutally attacked for crossing a signal. He was ready to pay the fine for the mistake but Maharashtra police instead decided to thrash him.

We request Shri Prithviraj Chavan, CM Maharashtra you to kindly immediately take the action against the policemen responsible for the act. all the details are attached. After the surgery of the broken humerus bone the victim (Mr. Bilal Abdul Qadir Sheikh) is in Rajmukhi Hospital,Devi Dayal Road,Mulund West,Near Panch Rasta.

 We demand immediate suspension of the police men responsible and filing of a case of brutality against them as well as adequate compensation for the victim and all expenses for his treatment.
