Railway Minister and Trinamool Congress leader Dinesh Trivedi today
asserted that Trinamool will not rock the UPA Government and dismissed
his remark on mid term poll as just an idea exchanged in a forum. He
said it is not his views as a minister or a Trinamool Congress member.
He emphatically said that it should not be taken in any other context.
He said it is not a statement on the present political situation.
Trivedi said as a student of politics, he was analysing the political situation and given his opinion as an individual, not as a minister or a Trinamool Congress member.
PTI says, leaders close to Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee, however, expressed annoyance at Trivedi's statement ahead of the Budget Session. Its Parliamentary Party will meet in Kolkata on Friday and the issue is likely to be discussed.
