Libyan leader Col. Gaddafi has threatened to carry out attacks in Europe unless NATO stops air strikes. The Threat was made in an audio message played to thousands of his supporters in capital Tripoli. Col. Gaddafi's threat comes after France confirmed that it had supplied weapons to anti-government rebels in Libya.
Meanwhile, the African leaders have agreed on a peace place that keeps Gaddafi out of the talks with rebels to end the four month long conflict in the country. The plan was finalised at the African Union Summit.
