Though government claims to have PERFORMED in 24 hour dedicated Advertising on a channel but Fact is GOI had largely failed due to Unplanned Development, I am monitoring Projects since 2003.
When it is claimed INDIA has moved up 40 ranks in Ease of Doing Business – it actually means – NPAs Quadrupled – PAYMENTS For Products and Services CONSUMED are not paid or denied for years –Supreme Court has to intervene in many case.

Generation Capacity addition in FY2011-12 was 20,501 MW [of1,99,877 MW], this year 11 months just 2270 MW [of 350162 MW] not even 1%.
Oil & Gas Blocks allocated to RIL and GSPC in 1999 – initiallyreported discovery of UNENDING SUPPLY of Oil & Gas in 2002 and 2005 – turned out to be big disappointment.
1200 MW Riverbed Power House at Sardar Sarovar Dam is not operated for two years. In 72 years since independence – Madhya Pradesh uses only 8 Maf of 18 Maf water allocation in Narmada – 10 Maf of water could have been diverted to DROUGHT areas of Malwa and Bundelkhand.
1990 MW Hydro Capacity in Gujarat produced only 1041 MU out of 96583 MU. Not enough to absorb Wind and Solar Power generation.
GIFT City in Gujarat was taken up in 2007 was MOST PRESTIGIOUS – Was to Transact $Trillion Business in a year – in 12 years based on YouTube is not even 1% or 2% ready.

The idea for GIFT was developed during the Vibrant Gujarat Global Investor Summit 2007 and is being planned by East China Architectural Design & Research Institute (ECADI), which is responsible for planning much of modern-day Shanghai, and Fairwood Consultants India.
We can also see that in SENSEX movement. In 6 years of NDA-I from1998-2004 there was negative growth [3812 to 3206 to India Shining surge to 4492] since CONGRESS days 1994-95 level of 3947. Sensex was stagnant for three years 26556, 26322 and 27338 [2015, 16, 17] only after demonetisation surged to 38672 in 2019.
