Bolsonaro short of majority vote

Political experts are of the opion, Bolsonaro may become president of Brazil, which has not had a powerful right-wing political force since the end of military rule in 1985.Bolsonaro is to be stopped, Brazil’s northeast will play a large part in it. Brazil's most disdained region voted for center-left candidates Fernando Haddad or Ciro Gomes.

Brazil election final verdict is due on 28 Oct. When Far-right candidate Jair Bolsonaro will face leftist Fernando Haddad in the second round of Brazil's presidential election, scheduled for October 28.
Bolsonaro got roughly 46 percent of the first-round votes — more than 46 million ballots while Fernando Haddad from the Workers' Party was in second place with just under 29 percent. A candidate needs more than 50 percent to win outright.
